A creative and innovative designer with good organisational skills, I have 20 years experience in agency/industry environments and a design degree from Coventry University. I have worked on both small and large design projects, and I have the ability to plan time effectively and meet tight deadlines. I am used to working both on my own and in teams for external clients and internal marketing departments, taking briefs for a wide variety of media work. I have worked (either directly or through agencies) for big brand clients such as JCB, FujiFilm, BMW, BBC, Nissan, Shell, Jack Daniels, Unilever, Kraft, Renault, SAB Miller, THAI Airways, Hewlett-Packard, Cisco, Bayer, Pfizer, Manx Telecom, Procter & Gamble, Red Bull Racing, Universal Music, Camelot, Orange, phones4u, Carphone Warehouse, Nokia, Microsoft, Kaupthing Edge Bank, PPG Industries and Reed Business Information. I have the ability to solve complex design problems, usability issues in interactive design and have expertise with production for web, print, CD-Rom and video. My main responsibilities are website and multimedia design, Flash presentations / CD-Rom / microsites, video production, design / maintenance of many international internet/extranet/intranet sites and also graphic design - brochures, magazines and flyers. I have many years experience with the Adobe CS suite, in particular Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash. I have created a number of multi-lingual media projects in Japanese, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portugese and Romanian. I have also produced a corporate DVD using 3D Studio, Premiere, After Effects and Encore.
Design and implementation of websites, using both HTML and Flash. Also, responsible for all graphic design for print including leaflets, data sheets, folders and product guides, and client/printer liaison. for the main client, JCB. For later multimedia projects I also acted as
project manager, and I have lot of experience with client liaison. Also,
3000+ black and white line illustrations covering 60+ technical publications.

Photograph / Scan manipulation, and computer generated animations for
Multimedia applications. Architectural visualisations with 3DStudio Max

I have used both PC and Apple Mac for many years, and I am fully familiar with Windows. I have also used Unix, MacOS and Dos. I also have some experience with basic computer maintenance, installation of cards and other hardware.
I enjoy travelling, cinema, Formula 1 motor racing, cycling, cooking, computers, reading, arts, drawing, TV, model making and DIY.
