Pros:

Fits together perfectly, and it just looks "right" when completed. The engineering of this kit is up to the usual Tamiya quality with a lot of useful details such as red transparent plastic parts, chromed parts that are not too bright, and self adhesive metal transfer emblems. There is little flash or moulding lines to remove.

Cons:

Curbside. Front wheels don't steer - there's a fixed metal axle. Lots of the underside details are moulded in making paintnig a pain in parts. Tamiya seemed to go through a short spell of non-steering cars, the Subaru WRX is the same.

Verdict:

Suitable for a beginner or advanced alike the kit is a little simplistic in the chassis area but even without adding further details it'll build into a nice result out of the box.

Build notes:

Reworked the rear bumper to accomodate a European shaped number plate, likewise with front bumper plate mounting. Carbon fiber on B pillars to match my own car. Carpets added inside. Air valves addd to the wheels.
